Overview

Requirements

  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience with Salesforce and customer success software.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer requests and adjust tone accordingly.
  • Proven skills in process creation and improvement.
  • Passionate about providing a great customer experience.
