Overview

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the growth, success, and satisfaction of our marketing services customers, leveraging your experience to serve as the primary point of contact.

In Short

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and support.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Develop lasting relationships with customers and manage their digital marketing needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new hires.
  • Identify upselling opportunities to grow client accounts.
  • Negotiate contract renewals and manage client expectations.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations effectively.
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives supporting team goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of account/client management experience.
  • Strong track record of achieving retention and growth targets.
  • Digital marketing experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
