• Help run and improve systems supporting a fully remote team.
• Own core operational areas like onboarding, benefits, and HR systems.
• Manage onboarding operations and employee lifecycle changes.
• Support payroll execution and compliance processes.
• Ensure remote team has necessary tools and support.
• Contribute to initiatives that strengthen remote team engagement.
• Work closely with the Director of People Operations.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve processes.
• Communicate effectively with employees and vendors.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in People Operations or related role.
• Hands-on experience with HR processes like onboarding and payroll.
• Comfortable working in HR systems, especially Rippling and Google Workspace.
• Ability to notice gaps and take initiative to improve processes.
• Pride in accuracy and handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Ability to adapt quickly to evolving priorities.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Willingness to bring a sense of humor to work.
