Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in People Operations.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Confidentiality and sensitivity in handling information.
• Clear, empathetic communication skills.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, and benefits platforms.
• Ability to balance operational execution with employee experience.
• Experience leveraging AI tools.
• Knowledge of HR compliance and benefits administration.
• Experience in a high-growth startup is a plus.
• Familiarity with employment laws across states.
