Overview

The People & Empowerment Partner West serves as the primary People & Empowerment leader for the West region, partnering closely with operational leaders to support team member success and organizational performance. This role provides both strategic partnership and hands-on support across the full spectrum of People functions, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. The People Partner works closely with regional leadership to align People strategies with operational needs, strengthen employee engagement and retention, and ensure consistent implementation of People practices across assigned facilities. This role also collaborates with the broader People & Empowerment Team to support organization-wide initiatives and programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of HR experience as a generalist or in talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and analyze data.
  • Experience managing complex employee relations issues.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
