Overview

The Bank Reconciliation and Payment Poster is responsible for managing and posting payments in the billing system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with coding standards.

In Short

• Responsible for daily reporting on all payments received
• Post payments in billing system accurately
• Make corrections to posted payments as needed
• Close claims efficiently
• Obtain missing EOBs/ERAs
• Update IA team on progress towards goals
• Maintain communication with supervisor regarding payments
• Ensure electronic linkage between company and payors
• Represent the company professionally at all times
• Uphold integrity and honesty in all affairs

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Coding certificate or associates degree in business or healthcare administration preferred
