FP&A Analyst - Remote

Overview

The FP&A Analyst will provide comprehensive financial analysis and recommendations on a routine and ad hoc basis for organizational, facility, departmental, and project specific business decisions.

• Ensure appropriate financial and KPIs are identified, measured, and reported.
• Monitor performance indicators and analyze causes of variances to financial targets.
• Provide timely analytical reporting and financial insights to business leaders.
• Create and maintain dashboards for business and executive leadership.
• Conduct market and financial analysis for strategic growth.
• Analyze financial statements and productivity benchmarks.
• Assist in the creation of operating and capital budgets.
• Work with business leaders to guide key decisions with analytical outputs.
• Support and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required, Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in decision support or finance/accounting.
• Requires strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient understanding of generally accepted accounting principles.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
