• Seeking a highly motivated FP&A Analyst with 3-5 years of experience in healthcare finance.
• Role involves supporting forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and operational performance reporting.
• Partners closely with clinic leadership and corporate finance.
• Focus on driving data-informed decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of annual operating budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• Develop financial models for new clinic openings and service line expansions.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements.
• Track key performance indicators related to clinic operations.
• Present actionable insights to leadership.
• Contribute to business cases for new clinics and capital investments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A or healthcare financial operations.
• Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement and clinic operational drivers.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
