FP&A Analyst - Remote

Overview

Wealthfront is looking for a junior FP&A Analyst, who will report directly to the Senior Director of Finance. This is an excellent opportunity for a collaborative individual who is eager to learn and grow.

In Short

• Manage the scheduling, planning, and preparation of the monthly Close.
• Assist with the monthly review of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Statement of Cash Flow.
• Proactively identify, develop, and implement enhancements to existing reporting and business processes.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Leverage insights from the month-end close to improve operating and financial models.
• Support the production of financial presentations.
• Continuously improve and implement new financial and operational processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 2-4 years of experience in an FP&A role.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and accounting software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Proven ability to problem solve and address issues professionally.
• Attention to detail and adaptability in communication.
• High standard for integrity required for exposure to confidential information.
