HR Operations Analyst - Remote

Overview

The HR Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting a best-in-class onboarding and employee experience at Guidelight Health. This position is responsible for managing new hire onboarding workflows, coordinating system setup for incoming teammates, ensuring Day 1 readiness, and supporting the optimization of our HR technology ecosystem—including Paylocity, Greenhouse, and related tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1-4 years of onboarding experience in a high-growth organization.
• Exposure to HR systems like HealthStream and KIPU.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and process improvement.
• Experience supporting remote workforces.
• HR operations experience in healthcare is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
