HR Operations Analyst - Remote

Overview

The HR Operations Analyst is a foundational member of the HR Operations team, focused on supporting the overall quality and integrity of HR data. This role is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative and transactional support, ensuring accurate data in our HR systems, and handling employee inquiries in a timely manner.

In Short

• Maintain accurate employee data and perform regular updates to employee records from hire to retire.
• Support the new hire onboarding process, including following up with employees and completing employment verifications.
• Respond to and resolve routine employee inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
• Create and maintain personnel files, ensuring all documentation is filed correctly and kept confidential.
• Generate basic HR reports as needed to support general HR queries.
• Assist with data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency across all HR systems.
• Collaborate with the HR team on various HR initiatives and projects.
• Utilize a case management tool to track and prioritize requests.
• Provide administrative support for various HR functions.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in HR, administrative, or similar role.
• Experience with HRIS or other data management tools is a plus.
• A customer service mindset with excellent communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including basic Excel functions.
• Experience with Google Workspace is an asset.
• A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
• A desire to learn and grow in HR Operations.
