Sr. HRIS Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Sr. HRIS Analyst at Coupa will work with HR systems to provide end-user support, test system changes, analyze data, and make recommendations for process improvement, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, MIS, or related field.
• 4+ years of HRIS experience.
• Strong proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office 365.
• Working knowledge of XML and SQL.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
• Project management experience with HR technology initiatives.
