Overview

As a Principal Services Design Architect at Coupa, you will act as a functional Procure-to-Invoice subject matter expert, supporting pre-sales efforts and service scoping discussions to enhance professional services SOWs.

Requirements

• Deep functional expertise in global invoicing and regional tax compliance.
• Experience with enterprise spend management implementations.
• Coupa experience is highly desirable.
• Skilled at conducting solution assessments and making recommendations.
• Success working with Sales or Services Sales teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience creating customer-facing deliverables.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance strategic thinking.
• Highly self-motivated and organized.
