Wavenet is looking for a Service Design Architect to join their pre-sales function, focusing on designing services that meet customer needs and drive business value.

Requirements

• Experience in the UK IT Managed Services market.
• Ability to create complex managed service solutions.
• ITIL Certification and knowledge of service delivery frameworks.
• Strong commercial and bid experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Skilled at leading virtual teams.
• Understanding of TUPE and managed services contracts.
• Public sector procurement experience is a plus.
