Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Google Suite.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Knowledge of HR processes and compliance requirements.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR analytics or data analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
