HR Operations Analyst - Remote

Overview

This opportunity is for the HR Operations area, focusing on process improvement, analyzing existing processes to identify necessary improvements, whether procedural or systemic, aiming for the E2E journey of the process and addressing the root cause of potential problems.

In Short

• Propose solutions for needs assessment involving process and/or system views.
• Conduct continuous improvement processes through needs assessment and indicator breakdown.
• Ensure documentation of the current process as AS IS flow, RACI matrix, rules, and system integrations.
• Support the definition of operation metrics through alignment meetings.
• Structure a roadmap and plan with requirements and activities for process and system adjustments.
• Conduct risk assessments of processes through alignment with responsible areas.

Requirements

• Reside in São Paulo or be willing to relocate.
• Advanced knowledge in Lean Manufacturing methodology.
• Six Sigma certification.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Experience with PDCA.
