The HR Operations Analyst at JLL will be responsible for resolving Tier 1 HR queries and managing employee lifecycle data in Workday, ensuring efficient onboarding and exit processes, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Personnel Management.
1-2 years of experience in HR or client services.
Good understanding of HR management practices.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Previous experience in a Workday HR environment preferred.
