In Short

• Must be independently licensed as a therapist in North Carolina (LCSW, LCMHC).
• Full-time position (40 hours per week) working with adults.
• Facilitate group therapy and conduct individual sessions.
• Willingness to obtain cross-licensure in additional states.
• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Monitor and document clients' progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health.

Requirements

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Valid North Carolina independent licensure as a Clinical Psychologist, LCSW, LCMHC, or equivalent.
• Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling.
• Experience providing group therapy in a virtual environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• 3 years' experience post independent licensure preferred.
