In Short

• Must be independently licensed in Colorado (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
• Work with both adolescents and adult clients in the intake capacity
• Full-Time, 100% remote, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm MST
• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial intake assessments
• Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients
• Determine the most appropriate level of care for each client
• Communicate program expectations and treatment options to clients
• Collaborate with the clinical treatment team
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
• Stay informed on best practices in intake assessment

Requirements

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
• Valid Independent Colorado state licensure
• Experience with facilitating biopsychosocial assessments
• Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various software programs
