In Short

• This is a full-time fully remote position: 4 10's (8-6pm EST).
• Looking for clinicians who are license eligible or independently licensed (Masters, LMHC, LCSW, LICSW) in MA.
• Role involves working with both adolescents and adult clients in the intake capacity.
• Conduct in-depth biopsychosocial assessments to understand client needs.
• Facilitate a seamless transition into treatment.
• Collaborate closely with the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and communications.
• Stay informed on best practices in intake assessment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related field.
• Valid state licensure in Massachusetts or license eligible (Masters, LMHC, LCSW, LICSW).
• Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and various software programs.
