The CRM Systems Manager at Sandstone Care is a service-oriented technologist responsible for the configuration, build, and continuous improvement of platforms that power the Growth organization, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CallTrackingMetrics, and Five9.

Requirements

• Certified Salesforce Administrator – ADM 201 is required
• Familiarity with CRM-adjacent platforms is a strong plus
• Experience with API integrations is preferred
• Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud is strongly preferred
• Must be able to work across multiple time zones
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
• Experience using Microsoft Office products
