People Partner - Remote

Overview

As a People Partner at Circle, you will play a hands-on and increasingly strategic role in supporting our R&D functions (Engineering and Design) as the company continues to scale.

In Short

• Act as a People Partner for R&D leaders and managers.
• Provide guidance on performance management and team health.
• Support employee relations matters with fairness and discretion.
• Analyze people data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support performance management cycles and engagement surveys.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
• Coach managers through difficult conversations.
• Partner on initiatives that strengthen team collaboration.
• Act as an employee advocate while balancing business needs.
• Contribute to the development of dashboards and reporting.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in HR or People Operations.
• Experience supporting managers with performance management.
• Working knowledge of employment law fundamentals.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
• Excellent judgment and emotional intelligence.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Curiosity about business operations.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity.
