  • Meet or exceed performance metrics consistently.
  • Support onboarding and mentorship for new team members.
  • Conduct market research to enhance engagement effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 0-2 years of experience in SDR/BDR or sales operations.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, HubSpot, and similar tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and effective time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset.
