Requirements

  • Must be a UK resident over 18 with the right to work in the UK.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial issues.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to switch contexts quickly.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Basic tech literacy.
  • Available to work Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 17:30 for the first 8 weeks.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection.
