Overview

The Customer Service Advisor is responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance through various communication channels while working from home.

In Short

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, chat, and other electronic methods
• Respond to customer requests for product information and assistance
• Assist customers with complaints and billing inquiries
• Resolve customer service issues in a timely and professional manner
• Utilize computer technology to handle a high volume of calls
• Work closely with team leads and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction
• Adhere to call script and call center policies
• Compile reports
• Manage customer interactions using AWS tools

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Stable employment history
• Willing to accept a temporary assignment
• Full-time availability (40 hours a week)
• Quiet, distraction-free work environment
• Experience with internet-based browsers
• Ability to type at least 25 wpm
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
