Overview

The Customer Service Advisor is responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and providing assistance through various communication channels.

In Short

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, chat, and electronic methods.
  • Respond to customer requests for product information and assistance.
  • Assist customers with complaints and billing inquiries.
  • Resolve customer service issues in a timely manner.
  • Utilize computer technology to manage a high volume of calls.
  • Work closely with team leads and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to call scripts and call center policies.
  • Compile reports as needed.
  • Manage customer interactions using AWS tools.
  • Maintain a distraction-free work environment.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • A stable history of employment.
  • Willing to accept a temporary assignment.
  • Must be able to work full-time, 40 hours a week.
  • Must have a quiet work environment.
  • Experience using internet-based browsers.
  • Ability to type at least 25 wpm.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
