Overview

As a Customer Service Advisor at Solventum, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction by providing support and managing customer inquiries effectively.

In Short

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and fax.
• Manage customer databases and ensure accurate information.
• Handle the return of goods and support customer demands.
• Be available for on-call support as needed.
• Record, escalate, and resolve complaints from customers.
• Cooperate with field sales and accounting for complaint processing.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the product portfolio.
• Work in a hybrid model, requiring travel to Wiesbaden 2-3 days per week.
• Fluent in German and good English skills are required.
• Must be authorized to work in Germany without sponsorship.
