Overview

The Customer Service Advisor will support the delivery of Eligibility Services by acting as the first point of contact for applicants and processing applications efficiently.

In Short

  • Act as first point of contact for applicants.
  • Process applications, queries, and payments using NEC system.
  • Ensure professionalism and accuracy in data gathering.
  • Conduct eligibility checks and liaise with applicants.
  • Comply with Processing Services Customer Charter.
  • Complete statistical information as instructed.
  • Work collaboratively to achieve targets.
  • Respond positively to enquiries from clients and colleagues.
  • Share knowledge to ensure continuity in absence.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

  • Experience in contact/processing center work.
  • Attention to detail and good accuracy in data processing.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Knowledge of service center processes and policies.
  • Strong computer skills, especially with Google Mail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet operational targets.
  • Strong organizational skills.
