Overview

The Technical Presales Consultant will work closely with sales teams and internal stakeholders to ensure that technical solutions meet client requirements while being achievable for delivery teams.

In Short

  • Role can be Remote or Hybrid Office Based
  • Work closely with sales team on proposals and pitches
  • Ensure hosting solutions meet customer requirements
  • Engage with clients to understand their business needs
  • Produce costing models for hosted propositions
  • Collaborate with design team for technical solutions
  • Present proposals alongside sales team members
  • Communicate complex technical information clearly
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Experience in public sector solutions is advantageous

Requirements

  • Experience engaging with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical staff
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • Understanding of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Ability to manage concurrent projects effectively
  • Technical background in networking, storage, and server terminology
  • Eligibility for NPPV3 and UK Security Clearance
  • Experience with NEC products is a plus
