The Customer Service Advisor will provide excellent customer service by handling inbound calls related to motor insurance claims, ensuring a professional and proactive approach.

  • Support customers who may be distressed following incidents.
  • Negotiate settlements of claims on the best possible terms.
  • Handle complaints in accordance with company procedures.

Requirements

  • High School or lower education.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proactive approach to customer service.
  • Ability to manage time and workload effectively.
  • Experience in handling claims or customer interactions is a plus.
