In Short

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value clients with $500K - $1M in annual travel spend.
  • Focus on driving retention, growth, and customer success.
  • Act as a trusted consultant aligning client needs with Engine’s solutions.
  • Build and execute strategic business plans.
  • Foster strong relationships with C-suite executives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews using data-driven insights.
  • Generate new business within existing accounts.
  • Become a subject matter expert on Engine’s platform.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management.
  • Strong experience managing larger deals and portfolios.
  • Ability to engage with C-suite executives effectively.
  • Proven success as a top performer in past roles.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive self-starter with ownership of accounts.
  • Ability to resonate with Engine’s DNA.
  • Familiarity with the business travel industry is a plus.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $90,000/year with OTE potential of $130,000/year.
  • Final compensation packages determined by experience and expertise.
