Overview

As the Onboarding Manager for the Belgian marketplace, you will drive the success of partners and contribute to the growth of the e-commerce platform.

In Short

• Guide partners through the technical onboarding process.
• Support and train partners in setting up accounts and uploading products.
• Monitor the technical flow for product visibility and order processing.
• Act as the primary contact for technical questions during onboarding.
• Connect partners with internal teams like Acquisition and IT.
• Contribute to process improvements in onboarding and customer support.

Requirements

• Degree or training in business, IT systems, or e-commerce.
• Experience in onboarding, customer support, technical support, or IT consulting.
• Familiarity with the e-commerce environment.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
