• Develop AIO/GEO strategy and standards for AI-driven visibility.
• Optimize content for citation capability.
• Measure inclusion and citation rates in AI overviews.
• Analyze competition and derive data-based recommendations.
• Ensure quality assurance in close collaboration with content, IT, and product management.
• 3-5+ years of experience in holistic SEO, ideally in health or e-commerce.
• Experience with AI overviews and GEO experiments.
• Fluent in German and good English skills.
• Ability to work remotely but meet at the Cologne office at least once a week.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years experience in holistic SEO (Tech + Content).
• Experience with tools like GSC, Sistrix, Screaming Frog.
• Structured, experiment-driven, and collaborative working style.
• Negotiation-level German and good English skills.
