In Short

• Develop creative Onpage strategies focusing on GEO and LLMs.
• Optimize editorial content to improve CTA, organic visibility, and conversion.
• Analyze competition and market trends to derive data-driven recommendations.
• Define and establish SEO standards in collaboration with the team.
• Ensure the quality of SEO measures in close cooperation with content, IT, and product management.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of SEO experience, ideally in an in-house position.
• Proficient with tools like ScreamingFrog, Sistrix, Google Search Console, and LLMs.
• Analytical thinker with strong Excel skills.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Willing to work remotely but ready to meet the team in Cologne at least once a week.
