Overview

GSA Management is seeking an experienced SEO Manager to join our digital marketing team in driving organic traffic growth and boosting our local and organic rankings across multiple locations. This strategic role is pivotal to our digital marketing success as we expand our footprint nationally.

In Short

Develops and maintains a strategic content plan for blogs and website pages.
Conducts comprehensive keyword research and develops targeted content strategies.
Performs regular on-page and technical SEO audits.
Leads local and national link-building and outreach campaigns.
Measures and reports YoY improvements in local and organic search rankings.
Designs and implements A/B tests to optimize SEO performance.
Collaborates closely with the paid media team.
Stays current with SEO industry updates and algorithm changes.
Owns and optimizes website blog and landing pages.
Leverages AI tools for content development and SEO initiatives.

Requirements

3-5+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Advanced knowledge of technical SEO.
Proficiency with industry tools like Google Search Console and Ahrefs.
Strong data-driven analytical mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with scaling content development via AI.
Ability to explain technical SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong time management skills.
Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment.
