This role involves shaping and growing Redcare's Employer Brand in the Netherlands and Germany, focusing on tech recruitment while collaborating closely with the HR team.

In Short

• Develop localized employer branding strategies for German and Dutch markets.
• Act as brand guardian for candidate-facing content.
• Plan and execute data-driven recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Produce high-quality content including social posts and employee stories.
• Coordinate Redcare's presence at job fairs and university events.
• Track and report key KPIs for campaign performance.
• Fluent in English and German; Dutch skills are a plus.
