Overview

This is your chance to build Redcare's Employer Brand from the ground up in the Netherlands and enhance our visibility in Germany, especially within tech.

In Short

• Develop and implement local employer branding strategies for the Dutch and German markets.
• Maintain a consistent brand image and tone of voice in all communications to candidates.
• Plan and execute data-driven campaigns via platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
• Continuously analyze and optimize based on campaign performance.
• Create high-quality content such as social media posts and career page updates.
• Coordinate job fairs and university events in the Netherlands and Germany.
• Monitor key performance indicators like campaign ROI and employer reputation.
• Share insightful reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with employees to share authentic stories reflecting our culture and values.
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to position Redcare as an employer of choice.

Requirements

• Proven experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing in an international environment.
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
• Experience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Excel.
• Data-driven, accurate, and enthusiastic about excellent candidate experience.
• Strong writing skills and good visual sense for branding and storytelling.
• Experience in organizing digital and physical campaigns and events.
• Fluent in English and German; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
