Requirements

• 1–3 years in recruiting operations, coordination, or marketing support.
• Proficient in ATS systems (ideally Greenhouse).
• Skilled in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
• Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and independently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Bonus: Experience in veterinary or healthcare environments.
