Bond Vet is on a mission to strengthen the human-animal bond through better pet care. We offer primary and urgent care, so we’re there for pets when they need us most. We balance this design with a strong focus on technology, all built in-house, which means we can easily innovate our systems to improve the veterinary team, pet, and client experience.

In Short

• Amplify the Bond Vet culture and mission to inspire a diverse pool of talent.
• Assist in the recruitment process and selection for Veterinarian candidates.
• Source Veterinarian candidates through outreach, networking, job boards, and social media.
• Consult with Medical Directors to understand skills required for positions.
• Manage communication with Veterinarian candidates from outreach to offer letters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience hiring Veterinarian or human health preferred.
• 3+ years of full cycle recruiting for pet/healthcare roles.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology.
• Sourcing skills and experience is a must.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to take initiative and make decisions.
