Veterinarian Campus Recruiter - Remote

Overview

Innovetive Petcare is now hiring for an additional full-time Veterinarian to join our team as a Campus Recruiter! This position is 100% remote, requires a doctorate degree in veterinary medicine (DVM, VMD, or equivalent), and will be expected to travel up to 50% of the time during peak recruiting seasons.

In Short

• Build and develop relationships with universities and organizations.
• Execute recruitment events and career fairs.
• Coordinate externships for veterinary students.
• Work closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition.
• Manage and coach Student Ambassadors.
• Utilize digital tools for candidate engagement.
• Travel up to 50% during peak seasons.
• Develop social media recruitment strategies.
• Research and source candidates through various channels.
• Serve as a Brand Ambassador for IPC.

• A doctorate degree in veterinary medicine (DVM) or equivalent.
