Veterinary Regional Operations Manager - Remote

Innovetive Petcare is looking for a dynamic and experienced veterinary operations leader to join our team as a Regional Operations Manager (ROM). This remote leadership role is ideal for a motivated individual with multi-site veterinary management experience and a passion for supporting hospital success.

In Short

• Lead the daily operations of assigned veterinary hospitals with full P&L ownership.
• Partner with hospital leaders to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and operational efficiency.
• Coach hospital teams, set performance goals, and track KPIs.
• Mentor Hospital Managers and Managing DVMs; conduct annual performance reviews.
• Identify and support staffing, scheduling, and labor optimization opportunities.
• Analyze operational and financial reports; recommend actionable improvements.
• Support new client acquisition, client retention, and service line expansion.
• Manage regional recruiting efforts in collaboration with our recruiting team.
• Champion Innovetive-wide initiatives and standard operating procedures.
• Facilitate onboarding and training for new hospital leaders.
• Build a positive, collaborative culture focused on exceptional veterinary care.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of multi-site veterinary practice management experience, including experience in emergency and specialty practices.
• Proven track record of P&L management, business strategy, and leadership coaching.
• Strong communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills.
• High emotional intelligence and a servant leadership mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, decentralized environment.
• Proficient in veterinary practice management software and operational metrics.
• Willing and able to travel up to 75% regionally.
