Innovetive Petcare is seeking a Remote Veterinary Client Care & Pharmacy Specialist to support our growing network of veterinary hospitals across the United States. This role focuses on delivering exceptional client service, supporting online pharmacy operations, and coordinating patient care.

In Short

• Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls related to veterinary pharmacy requests.
• Provide support for online veterinary pharmacy services.
• Schedule and manage appointments across multiple veterinary hospitals.
• Perform telephone triage for urgent and non-urgent inquiries.
• Deliver personalized client communication via phone, SMS, and email.
• Document interactions within electronic medical records and communication systems.
• Collaborate with hospital teams to improve workflows and enhance client experience.
• Meet and exceed call center KPIs including response time and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 2+ years of veterinary experience required.
• Strong knowledge of veterinary terminology and hospital workflows.
• Prior experience in a call center or remote customer service role preferred.
• Proficiency with veterinary practice management software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a remote environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
