In Short

• Act as the company-wide expert on Vetcove’s PIMS platform.
• Provide specialized guidance on migrating legacy PIMS workflows.
• Partner closely with the Implementation team to resolve escalated issues.
• Collaborate with Product, Strategy, and Engineering teams for improvements.
• Train and mentor Implementation Managers on PIMS best practices.
• Author and maintain detailed documentation for internal and client use.
• Participate in high-touch client engagements for complex launches.
• Translate technical concepts into accessible resources.
• Align implementation workflows with evolving platform capabilities.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience working in a veterinary clinic.
• Deep experience with multiple veterinary PIMS platforms.
• Strong background in software implementation or support.
• Proven track record of handling escalations.
• Exceptional written communication and documentation skills.
• Experience training and mentoring others on complex systems.
• Ability to balance hands-on technical work with strategic thinking.
• Highly organized and self-directed.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
