Overview

The Client Care Specialist will work with clients to understand their financial needs and help them build a suitable payment plan, while working remotely and attending company events.

In Short

  • Communicate with clients via email, phone, and SMS.
  • Understand clients' financial situations and build payment plans.
  • Analyze client files to ensure payment compliance.
  • Document all client interactions clearly.
  • Set up banking agreements in the firm database.
  • Liaise with team members for efficient proposal administration.
  • Communicate with debtors about delinquent payments.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred experience in insolvency administration or customer service.
  • Soft collections experience is an asset.
  • Ability to recognize clients' emotional states.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • High computer literacy and ability to learn new programs.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Team player who can work independently.
  • Collection experience is beneficial.
