Overview

As a Client Specialist at Baird, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding client service and operational support to Financial Advisors, enhancing the client experience through various tasks.

In Short

  • Coordinate client onboarding and manage communications.
  • Support account operations and organize client events.
  • Maintain the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Answer incoming calls and manage client needs.
  • Assist with proposal generation and account paperwork.
  • Understand and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Review investment opportunities and notify Financial Advisors.
  • Develop client lists and design seminar materials.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of prior industry or administrative experience.
  • Active Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam, Series 7, and Series 66 or Series 63 and Series 65 licenses preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with an emphasis on accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize workflow effectively.
  • Maintains client confidentiality.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
