Overview

The Client Specialist supports the Account Executives in developing business relationships and increasing revenue, requiring strong multi-tasking abilities, attention to detail, and excellent follow-up skills.

In Short

  • Develop knowledge of client environment and processes.
  • Coordinate communication with clients regarding product or service changes.
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Research sales and service opportunities for potential clients.
  • Provide product training to users.
  • Maintain contact with product and service users.
  • Collaborate with team members to balance priorities.
  • Lead client discussions to meet requirements.
  • Report to the Senior Director, Credit Unions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years sales or account management experience.
  • Knowledge of consumer credit reporting marketplace.
  • Comfortable in a teamed selling approach.
  • Willingness to participate as a team member.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com CRM system.
