Overview

The Client Specialist role at Experian involves providing operational support to Account Executives and their clients, aiming to maintain and expand business relationships while identifying new opportunities for revenue growth.

In Short

  • Provide operational support for Account Executives and clients.

  • Support the renewal of existing business.

  • Advise clients on data quality best practices.
  • Create new business through up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain contact with users to enhance relationships.
  • Provide customer intelligence to sales and marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2+ years of complex relationship management experience.
  • Strong sales drive and motivation.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of consumer credit reporting preferred.
  • Customer service and project management skills.
  • Experience presenting to teams.
  • PC skills required.
  • Ability to travel.
