Overview

As a Client Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our Core Accounts within the Tax & Accounting sector, ensuring client satisfaction and driving retention.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM.
  • Participate in targeted campaign initiatives.
  • Contribute to retention strategies for Core Accounts.
  • Stay informed about product updates and tax workflow processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, or related field.
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer service or account management preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic understanding of tax and accounting software preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks.
  • Attention to detail and basic problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Strong work ethic and adaptability.
