Fresh Prints is seeking a Campus Manager Recruiter to drive the volume hiring of Campus Managers at a fast-growing American start-up. This role involves conducting research, promoting job opportunities, and collaborating with the recruiting team to achieve goals.

• Conduct research on US schools and source leads via LinkedIn.
• Follow a detailed recruitment plan while adding a creative touch.
• Promote the Campus Manager job through outbound recruiting campaigns.
• Screen potential candidates and schedule meetings with the interview team.
• Work with the Recruiting Team Manager to hit quarterly goals.
• Prepare weekly reports on recruiting metrics.
• Coordinate with interview and training teams.
• Open to freshers with a passion for people management and sales.
• This role is 30% recruiting and 70% sales and communication skills.

Requirements

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Great interpersonal and people skills.
• LinkedIn recruiting experience preferred.
• 1+ years of high-volume recruiting experience.
• 1+ years of outbound sales and marketing experience.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Excited to work on different projects.
