Senior Employer Branding / Recruitment Marketing Specialist - Remote

Overview

This role offers the opportunity to shape and grow Redcare's Employer Brand in the Netherlands and Germany, working closely with HR teams to position Redcare as an employer of choice.

In Short

• Develop localized employer branding strategies for German and Dutch markets.
• Act as brand guardian for candidate-facing content.
• Plan and execute data-driven recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Produce high-quality content including social posts and employee stories.
• Coordinate Redcare's presence at job fairs and university events.
• Track and report key KPIs for campaign performance.
• Support local employer brand activations and ambassador programs.
• Engage with employees to create authentic narratives.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize using data insights.
• Fluent in English and German, Dutch is a plus.

Requirements

• Proven experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing.
• Expertise with LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and local job boards.
• Confident using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Excel.
• Detail-oriented and data-savvy.
• Skilled in content creation and visual storytelling.
• Experience in planning digital and in-person campaigns.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build connections.
• Experience in an international environment.
• Knowledge of the Dutch market is a plus.
• Ability to create a strong candidate experience.
